STAGING OCCUPIED HOUSES
KFM Staging & Design's staging services start by referring to the written evaluation of your property that you received during an in-home consultation. Kristina will discuss which items take top priority and the terms of the Staging Agreement.

Staging your property may include all or any of the following: de-cluttering, furniture arrangement and/or elimination, accent placement, color selection, and curb appeal.

QUICK STAGING SERVICE
Quick staging services are performed immediately after a quick consultation. KFM Staging & Design will help you stage selected areas in your home to you get started on the staging process. Quick staging starts at $100* and usually takes 1-2 hours to perform. Payment is due upon completion.

FULL STAGING SERVICE
Full staging services are performed after a quick consultation or a full consultation. Together, we will develop a "Staging List" for for KFM Staging & Design to perform. From de-cluttering to packing, KFM will work with you to meet your individual staging needs.

Full staging services start at $300* and are usually completed in less than one day. Payment is due upon completion.

Qualified houses staged by KFM Staging & Design will be certified as a "Staged House" and will be listed on www.stagedhomes.com at no additional charge.

*Acutal staging costs vary from house to house, depending upon size, location, and work to be done. It is difficult and unprofessional to give an accurate estimate without touring the property. KFM Staging & Design offers complementary estimates for all staging services.

STAGING VACANT HOUSES
Houses that have been staged sell much quicker than vacant houses. After performing a quick consultation, KFM Staging & Design will give you a summary of priority rooms, prop and furniture options from KFM's own inventory and rental furniture options through reputable dealers.

Qualified houses will be certified as a "Staged House" and will be listed on www.stagedhomes.com at no additional charge.

Vacant staging services include the "breakdown" of your staged property as stated in the Staging Agreement.

Costs for staging vacant properties run higher than occupied properties due the amount of props KFM Staging & Design brings into the house and rental contracts from furniture dealers, if needed - but it is well worth the investment! Costs for vacant stagings start at $400 and are usually completed within one day. Call KFM Staging & Design for a complementary estimate.
