KFM Staging & Design's re-design services are similar to staging; however, you get to live in and enjoy the newly transformed home!
Kristina will use your own beautiful items in a new and interesting way to bring a fresh look into your home. Re-design cost much less than interior decorating, because purchasing new items are at a minimun, if at all.
GETTING STARTED
Re-design services start with a qucik consultation or a full service consultation. Kristina will listen to what you would like to see in your house and give you new ideas. KFM Staging & Design will then perform a detailed evaluation of the room(s) to be re-designed, and a written report, complete with all recommendations, will be yours to keep.
You may do the work yourself, if desired, or you may choose to have KFM Staging & Design professionally complete the re-design for you. Together we will develop a plan that will work for you and your budget while discussing the terms of the Re-Design Agreement.
Re-design may include all or any of the following: de-cluttering, furniture arrangement and/or elimination, accent placement, color selection and purchase recommendations.
PRICING
Quick consultations start at $150, and full service consulations start at $200. Both consultations usually take between 1-3 hours to complete. See the "Consultations" page for descriptions.
Re-deign services start at $150 and usually is completed within one day. Actual costs vary from house to house, depending upon size, location, and work to be done. It is difficult and unprofessional to give an accurate estimate without touring the property. KFM Staging & Design offers complementary estimates for re-design consultations and services.
