IN-HOME CONSULTATIONS:
In-home staging and redesign consultations are the first step in the staging/redesign process. KFM Staging & Design will utilize our years of experience and design training to give you recommendations for a beautifully staged home. Kristina is an expert real estate consultant that has personally consulted with hundreds of clients. KFM Staging and Design now offers several staging and redesign consultations to suit every circumstance.

QUICK CONSULTATION (staging and redesign):
Quick consultations include a complete evaluation of your entire house and exterior property (approximately 1-3 hours). Quick consultations include:

        -Detailed notes (for home staging and redesign)
          -Sketches of furniture and home accent placement (for home staging and redesign)
         -Home staging check list (for home staging)
          -Moving check list (for home staging)
         -A summary for your representing agent (for home staging)

A quick consultation starts at $175 and is due upon completion of the consultation. Prices may vary depending on the location of the property, size of the house, and the condition of the home. Complimentary estimates are given upon request.

FULL SERVICE CONSULTATION (staging and redesign):
Full service consultations include a complete evaluation of your entire house and exterior property (approximately 1-3 hours). Full service consultations include:

          -Initial consultation visit for notes and photos (for home staging & redesign)
         -Second visit to present a printed report with photos (for home staging & redesign)
        -Color selection, flooring samples, lighting options, etc. (for home staging & redesign)
         -Home staging check list (for home staging)
         -Moving check list (for home staging)
         -A summary for your representing agent (for home staging)
         -Free follow up service (for home staging & redesign)
         -Free listings on www.stagedhomes.com and other online sites (for home staging)

A full service consultation starts at $275 and is due upon completion of the consultation. Prices may vary depending on the location of the property, the size of the house, the condition of the home, and the independent research needed.    Complimentary estimates are given upon request.

FOLLOW-UP SERVICES (staging and redesign):
KFM Staging and designs offers home staging follow-up services for the Do-It-Yourself homeowners. Once you have completed the instructions from the staging or redesign consultation given by KFM Staging & Design, contact us for a follow-up visit.

Kristina will return to your house to check on your progress, make necessary adjustments, and answer any questions. For our staging clients, KFM Staging and design will photograph the staged rooms, and the photos will be send to you on a disk or via email for you to use in your listing information. This is an excellent choice for homeowners who are For Sale By Owner, or for agents who want professional images for their flyiers and websites!

Qualified houses will be posted on www.stagedhomes.com as well as other online locations for maximum market exposure.

Follow-up staging services start at $75 and may vary due to the location of the property and the size of the home. Complimentary estimates are given upon request.

VIRTUAL  CONSULTATIONS:
If you live outside of the Twin Cities metro area, contact KFM Staging & Design to receive your personalized, virtual staging or redesign consultation from an Accredited Staging Professional!

VIRTUAL CONSULTATION INSTRUCTIONS:
     1) Take digital pictures of your rooms from varying angles, including the front of your house.
     2) Send your pictures* to KFM Staging & Design's email address along with room measurements, and
           other concerns. -see our Contact page-
     3) When the pictures are received, you will be sent payment instructions via email.
     4) Once payment is received by KFM, you will be sent a complete, personalized evaluation of your
           home along a staging checklist and other helpful hints.
     5) After you have completed your staging "homework," KFM Staging & Design will follow-up to answer
           any last minute questions before your house is listed.

Virtual consultations start at $50 per room and may vary due to the research involved in the recommendations (paint color, floor choices, etc.)   Complimentary estimates are given upon request.

Please note: virtual staging consultations are limited in scope. Evaluations are made by what is seen in the photographs and by the dimensions given. In-home consultations by an Accredited Staging Professional is the preferred home preparation method; however, virtual consultations are a great alternative when Accredited Staging Professionals are not located in your area.

*If you not comfortable with downloading pictures to your computer, you may contact Kristina for instructions for a virtual consultation via the U.S. Postal Service.

COLOR CONSULTATIONS:
Color choice in a home is the most crucial factor in setting the atmosphere of a room. If you are looking for a simple yet dramatic change to your house, KFM Staging & Design can get you started by helping you pick just the right color.

Kristina will meet with you to discuss your style and preferences. She will then take photos and show you on her computer possible color choices - all in your own home!

With almost a decade of interior decorating and painting experience, Kristina will deliver a professional written recommendation regarding paint and accent colors, sheen, and glazes as well as addressing any other concerns that you may have.

Color consultations start at $50 per hour.
